We are especially proud that our show met their high standards in content, visuals and appropriateness. Parents' Choice, the country's oldest and most respected nonprofit guide to children's media. Dr. Toy's Guide was the first web site to provide information on the best toys and educational products, as well as, articles, resources, and toy-related links. Dr. Stevanne Auerbach, known as "Dr. Toy," is an expert in play, toys, children's products, education, parent education, child advocacy, child psychology, child development, child care and special education. She is the author of several books. The Dove foundation is a non-profit organization established to encourage and promote the creation, production and distribution of wholesome family entertainment. The foundation, free from commercial pressures, awards a blue and white Dove Seal to any movie or video that is rated "family-friendly" by its film review board. Entertainer and Dove advisor, Steve Allen called the Dove Seal, “the Good Housekeeping Seal for family entertainment.” Business, civic, religious and pro-family leaders nationwide have expressed support for the Dove foundation and its seal of approval. They share Dove’s concern for preserving the values of today’s children, who will become the business, civic, religious and pro-family leaders of tomorrow.
